Hope everyone is enjoying their eco friendly holiday. Just got back from France where there is a lot of agricultural land and they are not bothred about global warming. Theres ben a lot on the news about climate change. what is everyone elses opinion.

Not so sure about our name
I don’t think our name is such a good Idea. A martyr is some one who dies for Jesus and has to be declared a martyr or saint by the Catholic Church. I don’t think any of us are dead.

Fosse Clean-Up!
Hey Guys,
Just got a pamphlet in the post explaining that Fosse Park (the real park, not the shopping centre) is doing a massive clean up day. It aims to pick up all the litter in the park with the help of volunteers, the police and the LCC. So it is good to know that people not just ourselves are doing something for the environment.

Just to say I know i said that St. Fiacre is the patron saint of GARDENERS! but would it not be better to devote our garden to St.Patrick because he is the patron saint of organic gardening – which is really what we are striving for.

Gorse Hill feedback
It was really good at gorse hill today. We saw our plot of land and discussed about what we wanted to plant. We looked round Gorse Hill and saw all the animals. It was great to see what other people were growing and also gave us some ideas.

EcoMartyrs Logo
Ok, I have designed some logos in PowerPoint. The logos are made up of individual pictures and then grouped together, so we can use it in Word as a Header. If we need to I can always print screen the chosen logo and paste it into Paint and save it as a picture file. But there are a number to choose from so tell me which one you like the most, and on which slide in the comments.

In the new academic year, I shall make an animation for this blog. And before you say it, I can’t make an animation at home because I don’t have the softwere/program.
